$25 trip fee for onsite/pickup with 1 hour minimum

Operating System Reload - 2 hours (must have Windows key)

Virus Removal - 1 or 2 hours depending on severity of infection

Installation of upgrade/replacement parts - 1/2 hour

Most on-site problems can be fixed within 1 hour
